Tornado Safe Room

The Remagen Corporation has been building and installing modular steel safe rooms since 1997. These safe rooms provide safety from intruders, hurricanes and tornadoes.

In the past six months Remagen has installed custom corporate / community storm / tornado shelters in at the following locations:

Kentucky State University, Frankfort Kentucky
Brentwood Industries, Hope Arkansas
Corn Products International, Bedford park, Illinois

The State of Kansas contacted the Remagen Corporation with an invitation to build a custom designed tornado shelter for the Fleet Operations Center of the Kansas Highway Patrol facility in Topeka Kansas. . .

In June of 2004 a major automotive parts and accessory manufacturer, approached Remagen to built a 100 person tornado shelter for their facility in Concordia Missouri.

The company took the initiative to protect their employees, in the event of a F-5 tornado came to visit.

Remagen carefully researched the engineering specifications to determine the exact size and structure of this facility and submitted our findings to independent engineering review and eventual approval.

The Community Shelter was completed in December 2004.
